WDO (Termite) Inspections

We provide a report that includes pictures, information on any existing damage or infestations, as well as areas that are conducive to termite infestation.

Pool & Spa Inspections

Our thorough pool and spa inspection is all inclusive and covers decks, interior finish materials, electrical components, water features and safe controls and barriers.

Short Term Rental Inspections

As property condition inspectors in Austin, Texas we also provide Short Term Rental (STR) Inspections for persons needing a certificate of occupancy for their short term rental property in Austin, TX. Short term rental inspections are based on the International Property Maintenance Code. Septic Inspections:

Septic System inspection is available with your home inspection. The stress test involves simultaneous operation of plumbing fixtures, activating the pump, inspect disposal field and tank (if pumped), and more. (Pumping not included.)


Once the deficiencies we found in our initial inspection are fixed, you can schedule a re-inspection of the repaired items to ensure repairs were performed adequately.


Inspectors are required to provide notice that the Texas Real Estate Commission maintains a Real Estate Inspection Recovery Fund to reimburse aggrieved persons who suffer actual damages from an inspector's act in violation of the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1102, Subchapter G – Prohibited Acts.
